Love to bake? A Full size Oven can bring all the comforts of home to your new house on wheels!
These Road-Ready ovens go easy on space while still delivering on functionality. If you live on frozen pizza, love baking bread, or even want the ability to cook a turkey in a Skoolie, there are options out there.
From The Driver’s Seat: If you’re new to the lifestyle, or your rig came with a propane RV Stove, you might just want to stick with that until you decide what you actually need. Many consider a Full RV Oven a luxury. At 1200 to 1800 watts, Infrared and Induction Cooktops for RV, Van, or Skoolie applications will cook food in as little as 1/3 the time of a traditional electric burner and cost a fraction of what you’d pay for a drop in or Full RV Oven. - An Infrared boils water in about 3 minutes, and the precise temperature control of Induction has made them very popular with professional chefs.
Portable Ovens and Outdoor Cooking
Many Full Time Nomads have found that just pulling out the ol’ Coleman Camp Stove or Portable Grill and setting it on the counter is all they ever need for Off Grid Cooking. The “Gas One Single Burner” takes very little space and goes a long way on a single bottle of Butane or Propane!

Yes, Coffee is life! Many in the Nomad / Off-Grid community make “Cowboy Coffee” (essentially “pour over”), and if you can efficiently heat water, this is a great way to go!
The Keurig, of course, has become a mainstay, and if you only drink a cup or two a day, the power footprint isn’t too bad.
